Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, manage, and grow our loan sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong team-handling skills, deep knowledge of loan products, and proven experience in achieving sales targets within the financial services domain.

Experience Required: 5 – 8 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Contractual
Location: VAPI, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the sales team handling Business, Personal, Home, Mortgage, Vehicle, Education, and Professional Loans
2. Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution
3. Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor Sales Executives and telecalling teams
4. Develop new sourcing channels, referral networks, and DSA partnerships
5. Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement
6. Monitor lead conversion ratios, productivity, and sales performance metrics
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, banking guidelines, and regulatory norms
8. Handle key clients, resolve escalations, and maintain strong customer relationships
9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports for management
10.Support marketing initiatives, local promotions, and branch-level growth activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. 5–8 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services sales
2. Strong understanding of loan products, credit policies, and documentation processes
3. Proven team management and leadership capabilities
4. Target-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive timelines
6. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and reporting tools
